<p>Mr Wilfried is an experienced exploration geologist with over 15 years of experience in West African gold exploration. His expertise includes exploration strategy, geological mapping, geochemistry, auger, AC, RC and diamond drilling programs, target generation and exploration project execution and management. He was site exploration manger of ASX-listed African Gold.</p>

<p>Mr Tit is an experienced logistics professional with experience supporting exploration and mining operations in Côte d'Ivoire. His background spans logistics coordination, financial administration, accounting and operational support across several international mining companies, including Endeavour Mining, Desert Metals, GEMICA Mining.</p>

<h3>Biography</h3>
<p>Peter has served as a strategic advisor to MetalsGrove since mid-year before joining the Board as a Non-Executive Director during the quarter, and was subsequently appointed as Chair at the end of the quarter.</p><p>Peter is a geologist with over 35 years’ experience in exploration, mining and corporate activities. His career has focused primarily on gold in Canada, Africa and Australia, with the last 16 years working on projects in West Africa. Peter also worked in Mali and Burkina Faso in the mid-1990s for Canadian companies.</p><p>Peter was the founder and Managing Director of ASX-listed Mako Gold until the merger, via a takeover, of Mako by ASX-listed Aurum Resources early 2025. Peter led the team that discovered the Napié gold deposit, one of only two known gold deposits within the Birimian greenstone belt, where MetalsGrove holds permits in Côte d’Ivoire. His previous achievements include the discovery of the Niou gold deposit in Burkina Faso, which was sold to Nordgold and is now under development.</p><p>Prior to founding Mako Gold, Peter was a senior manager with ASX-listed Orbis Gold, where he secured all of Orbis’ permits in Burkina Faso and Côte d’Ivoire. Peter played a critical role in the discovery of three gold deposits during his tenure with Orbis, including the Boungou mine.</p><p>Peter is also fluent in French, the working language of the majority of West Africa, and has established and maintained good professional contacts there.</p>

<p>Colin is a principal of the CRC Resources Group and, in that capacity, generates and identifies African and Australian exploration opportunities for Australian companies, and advises on mining laws and deal structuring.</p><p>Colin has acted as a director and company secretary of ASX-listed exploration companies operating in West and East Africa, Australia and Asia for over 30 years, and was an executive director of Perseus Mining Limited from its incorporation in 2003 until 2020. Colin has had extensive interactions with West African governments and mining associations on issues related to mining and tax laws.</p><p>He was also a non-executive director of Australia-Africa Minerals & Energy Group Limited, the peak body representing Australian companies engaged in the development of Africa’s resource industry, from 2020 until 2024.</p>

<p>Andy has over 20 years of experience in various commercial sectors, including food processing, international trade, property investment, and industrial projects. He has actively participated in investment activities within the mining, energy, agriculture, and industrial sectors. Throughout his career, Andy has engaged in numerous strategic investment and project development initiatives with both Australian and international partners, with a particular focus on collaborations between Australia and China.</p><p> </p><p>Currently, Andy serves as an Executive Director of Baumart Holdings Limited (ASX: BMH), where he is involved in corporate governance, strategic planning, and business development initiatives. Additionally, he serves as the President of the Chung Wah Association, working closely with community leaders, government representatives, and business stakeholders to promote cultural exchange and community engagement.</p>

His career is marked by his ability to build and manage efficient teams, strategic oversight of resource portfolios. Luke is also fluent in both English and Chinese, enabling effective communication across diverse business environments.</p>

Mr Yang is bilingual in English and Mandarin and a Competent Person as defined in the 2012 edition of the Australasian Code for Reporting of Exploration Results, Mineral Resources and Ore Reserves.<br /><br /></p><p>Lijun has served as exploration geologist, exploration manager, Executive Director and consultant to the board of KalNorth Gold Mines Limited (KGM) from 2013 to 2019.</p>
